A Practice for You, Your Business, Your Community
Bill graduated from Pottsgrove High School, after which his studies and ambitions took him throughout the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. Bill supported his undergraduate studies in Environmental Sciences at The Evergreen State College by working on commercial fishing vessels in Alaska and living frugally in Olympia, Washington. He traveled the country with his mountain bike and companion Nusha before resettling in the Philadelphia region to pursue his law degree at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. Bill’s first law job was with the Federal Public Defenders writing legal briefs for indigent clients under the back-drop of Independence Hall in Old City. This was followed up by nearly two years as a part-time intern for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas observing felony trials and drafting briefs supporting the trial judge’s final decisions regarding pretrial and post-trial motions. After practicing in the Philadelphia region for more than 15 years, Bill has established his practice in his hometown of Pottstown. He lives in Upper Pottsgrove with his two sons and their dog Annie (who is often at the office). He is a member of the Pottstown Rotary Club, President of the Upper Pottsgrove Township Civil Service Commission, and serves on the board of the Pottstown Regional Public Library. When not striving to meet his clients legal needs and supporting the community, he enjoys spending time with his boys and Annie, hiking, biking, climbing and being active throughout the year.
